Empower-Autism CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing support across the UK and beyond. Our aim is to empower parents and carers to understand themselves and their autistic child and live full and meaningful lives.

Empower-Autism CIC centres around supporting parents and carers of autistic children at the earliest possible stage. Our evidence-based support groups are all about getting parents and carers off to a positive start in light of the new diagnosis: understanding their child, parenting them in an informed and empathetic way, and feeling well and empowered in themselves.

Our groups are inclusive non-judgemental virtual spaces where parents and carers come together to share strategies and experiences and to find community. 

Alongside professional expertise, we have many years of lived experience, therefore sessions are guided by an ethos of authentic understanding and empathy.
